What vehicle do I need to tow it? ▼

Most mid-to-large 4x4s are suitable depending on the ATM of your chosen model. Always check your vehicle’s braked towing capacity — our team can confirm this for you.

Can I add lithium and solar? ▼

Absolutely. Every Urban model is lithium-ready, and we can tailor a solar package to suit your travel style — whether that’s occasional freedom camping or full off-grid capability.

Do you offer delivery? ▼

Yes — we deliver New Zealand–wide. Your handover includes a full walkthrough so you’re confident using every feature from day one.

How long does it take to build? ▼

Standard build time is around 12–16 weeks depending on your chosen model and custom options. We’ll keep you updated at every stage — from order to delivery.

What’s included under warranty? ▼

Every Urban caravan comes with a 10-year structural warranty and 2 years’ coverage for appliances and fittings. You’ll also have full support from our NZ-based Fortis service network.

Can I go fully off-grid? ▼

Yes — with lithium power, solar, and water upgrades, the Urban 20 Club can run completely off-grid for extended trips. Our team can configure your setup for your exact needs.
